How to Buy
Browse the products using the left-hand drop-down categories or by going to the 'Start Shopping' link in the top navigation. When you see an item that you wish to purchase simply click the 'Add to Basket' button. You may continue to add items to your basket at any time as you browse through the shop. When you have finished shopping, click on the 'Your Basket' link via the top menu and all the products you've added during the session should appear.
When viewing Your Basket you may delete items by clicking the red cross to the left of each item. You may also change the quantity that you wish to order by entering the desired amount in the relevant box. Please ensure that you click the 'Update' button to record your changes.
If you are happy with all of the items in your basket and wish to proceed to the checkout, please click the 'Go to Checkout' button. Complete the form with your details, the delivery address and communication preferences, then view the Terms and Conditions before clicking on the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.
Delivery charges will now be added to the items in your basket, and you will be asked to confirm the order and make any necessary amendments. You will then be required to make payment by clicking on the 'Pay now with PayPal' button.
You will then be taken to the PayPal interface to make payment. Here you can either make a one-off payment with a credit or debit card or transfer funds via your existing PayPal account.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.
Please note: If a product is available in multiple colours, you may need to specify your desired colour within the Special Instructions box during the Checkout process. All products are bespoke, so if you do not see the colour or specification that you want listed, please email the artist / designer maker directly.
If an item is out of stock you will be informed via email in order to arrange a suitable substitute or to cancel the order. Please note that as all items are hand-crafted, the item may differ slightly from that depicted in the photograph due to the techniques or materials used to create the product. If the item varies greatly to the photographed item, customers will be contacted to ensure that they're happy to proceed with the purchase.
Payment Methods
All prices are shown in UK pound sterling and VAT is added at the checkout stage.
Paying by PayPal
PayPal act as our online payment provider; you can either make a one-off payment with a credit or debit card or transfer funds via your existing PayPal account.
Payment by PayPal online is quick, easy and secure. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment. Transactions take place via a secure server link (SSL), making use of the latest encryption technology.
Delivery
Please note that all our products are sent directly from the artist or designer-makers. A delivery charge is added to each product.
Delivery charges vary according to the destination, the weight and number of items ordered. These charges are calculated and displayed during the checkout process, prior to sending the order or asking for payment.
Once the order is ready for dispatch we estimate it will be received:
- 2 – 5 working days after receipt of payment for the UK
- 7 – 10 working days after receipt of payment for Europe (mainland)
- 10 – 14 working days after receipt of payment for the rest of the World
Due to the bespoke hand-made nature of the products and the fact that some products are made to order, it may be the case that the product that you have ordered is not always immediately available. If this is the case you will be informed on the product detail page under the heading 'delivery notes', or directly by the designer-maker after your order has been received.

Returns & Refunds
The Made in Moseley Shop aims to provide you with the highest quality of goods and service. However, from time to time customers may need to return items.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase prior to or on receipt of the item or if it is faulty; you must first email info@madeinmoseleyshop.co.uk to negotiate a return, and then return goods within 7 days of receipt. Reasonable care should be taken of any goods received and returned items must be unused. Please include a note with your name, address and order number when returning the item. The right to return personalised goods, or goods made to a consumer's specification, does not apply unless faulty or agreed by the artist or design-maker.
Customers will pay for return delivery. Items should be sent back to the artists or designer maker via Recorded Signed For (UK) or International Signed For (Europe and Rest of World) to ensure that they are received.
Items can be exchanged for another item within the member's product range or a refund can be issued. If you would like to exchange the item for another, please specify which item you would prefer upon returning your item. Please note that items cannot be exchanged for items from different member's collections.
Money can only be refunded to the card used for the original purchase via PayPal. You will receive this within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
You will be informed of the return address once a refund or exchange has been negotiated.
